I had the incredible pleasure of photographing Jessica and Mark’s summer wedding at Flowerfield Celebrations in St. James, NY. Their day overflowed with love, laughter, and the breathtaking charm of this Long Island venue.

A Calm and Joyful Start

Jessica began her wedding day getting ready at a nearby hotel, surrounded by her closest friends. While the excitement was palpable, there was an overall calm in the room that reflected Jessica’s grounded presence. She looked absolutely stunning, radiant with anticipation and joy.

Meanwhile, Mark stood waiting on Flowerfield’s manicured grounds. The couple chose to do a first look, giving them a private moment to exchange vows and quiet their hearts before the celebration began. This early connection allowed them to be joyfully present for the rest of the day.

Just as guests took their seats for the ceremony, the sun emerged from behind the clouds, lighting the space with golden summer light. Their outdoor ceremony took place among beautiful blooms and a softly draped arbor. The elegant simplicity of the setup allowed the natural beauty of the gardens to shine.

The ceremony was heartfelt and personal. Surrounded by loved ones and framed by Flowerfield’s lush summer greenery, Jessica and Mark shared vows that reflected the deep foundation of their love. The setting was a perfect example of a romantic outdoor wedding on Long Island.

As the night continued, Jessica and Mark shared their first dance under glowing lights and cheers from their family and friends. The energy inside the ballroom was electric.
